Mall China Information Center(Mall China)
Mall China (short for Mall China Information Center) is a non-profit organization. Its objectives are to develop professionalism within the China shopping center industry through websites, magazines, research, training and professional accreditation programs. Today, Mall China has 650 corporate members and approximately 2500 individual members from 70 cities within China and overseas. Mall China has become the largest and most representative organization in the China shopping center and retail property industry. During the past six years, Mall China has successfully organized international conferences with professional shopping center associations and participants from over 10 countries. In 2006, Mall China became a permanent member of CASC and was elected to chair CASC 2007.
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 76,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 90 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world. |

China Federation of Urban Commercial Outlets Construction Administration(WLSLW for short), a national A-class industry association, was founded after approval and managed by relevant state ministries and commissions.
Founded in 1987, WLSLW’s early main duty was to allocate funds in accordance with state council budget, and to levy, plan and make good use of the number of fund in line with the regulation of collecting the relative fee for commercial outlets at an amount of 7% residential construction size. It is a state- level commercial industry association that nationwide commerce and real estate were united earliest and most closely.
During the 20 years development course, WLSLW experienced three phases of administrative function, market transition and successful transformation, and took the lead in putting forth the concept of “commercial real estate”. All in all, it is an extremely authoritative and influential name-brand association in the circle of nationwide commercial outlets and real estate industry.
