Scott Sullivan
Scott Sullivan, General Manager overseeing retail development in Macao for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation which will develop six high end shopping malls comprising 300,000 square meters of retail space in Macau by 2010, is well-experienced in the shopping center industry. During his career he has worked in Savills as the Retail Portfolio Manager for the Macquarie Country Wide retail property trust and in the world’s largest mall manager Westfield. Scott took part in a property project in Australia and New Zealand with a Gross Lettable Area of more than 430,000 square meters and helped Savills create Australia’s highest yielding externally managed retail property trust. Over a period of seven and a half years with Westfield, he worked to deliver various projects including the groundbreaking redevelopment of Westfield Shopping town Parramattain 1994, a two year project to create the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere at that time. Now Scott heads development teams for the world’s most valuable shopping mall The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and one of the worlds most luxurious Malls the Shoppes at The Four Seasons. Scott also commits to human resource training and development volunteering his time to support Shopping Centre Management courses for industry body The Property Council of Australia.

Nicole Lennox
Nicole Lennox， Portfolio National Marketing Manager of Jones Lang LaSalle, has over 10 years shopping centre marketing experience gained through working for a variety of Australian owners and investors. Nicole commenced with the Australian firm in May 2006, previously working with the firm in the United Kingdom. She has a thorough understanding of strategic marketing, and is well received by ISPT. Nicole enjoys a presenters’ role in the Shopping Centre Council of Australia’s educational courses.

Shaun Swanger

Shaun Swanger, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Shopping Centre Management of AMP Capital Shopping Centres, has over 10 years experience in the shopping center industry. During his career, he has held senior positions as: Head of Business Operations and National Marketing Manager at AMP Capital Shopping Centres, National Promotions Manager at Westfield, and Chairman of the Property Council of Australia’s Diploma in Shopping Centre Management and Marketing course. AMPCSC is one of the leading players in this highly competitive and progressive market, possessing 43 shopping centers with $8bn in assets under management across Australia and New Zealand. As the COO of AMP Capital Investor’s specialist shopping centre division, Shaun is an experienced specialist in the shopping center industry. He regularly lectures at industry events and courses and has penned a regular column for industry publication Shopping Centre News.

Tony Doherty, Australian Head of Retail of Jones Lang LaSalle and the Client Relationship Manager for ISPT, has had 10 years retail store management experience with Coles Myer and a further 18 years experience in retail property. He has a thorough understanding of all stakeholders in the Retail Business and is an active participant in the PCA Education Committee and on the Board of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia.
